Sunday 26th March 2023 – 5th Sunday in Lent Wait and watch for God! Even when we feel in the depths of death and despair? Wait and watch for God! Even when life seems like a night that never ends? Wait and watch for God! In God there is constant love and kindness. We will wait and watch with hope. Readings: Ezekiel 37:1-14: In a vision, Ezekiel sees a valley of dry, dead bones. “Can these bones live?” The breath of God works a miraculous transformation. Sunday 19th March 2023 – 4th Sunday in Lent Ephesians 5: 8-14: Paul writes encouraging us to actively seek to know how we should live, not just as individuals but as a community of faith. John 9:1-23: Jesus heals a man who was blind from birth, thus provoking a controversy about sin and sinners. Many Samaritans come to believe in Jesus because of the woman’s testimony.
